The Connecticut State Land Title Association welcomes everyone engaged in the business of insuring title to real property in the State of Connecticut . Our members encompass both companies and sole practitioners.
The Association is governed by an Executive Committee comprised of title insurance underwriters and title insurance agents in Connecticut State.
CTLTA is an incorporated, registered 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization. Officers are volunteer members – Connecticut title insurance professionals who serve without compensation. The Association is managed by a full-time professional staff, under the direction of an executive vice-president.
